I found this really cool product from a company in then UK. Their website is Ultimateear.com (no s).

They will make custom gloves for your favorite earbuds. For example, my Bose QuietComfort II's always fall out. This would apparently fix that.

Other problem si that I'm in the US. I wonder if there's a US company doing the same....
