My partner and I have been running a small ecommerce business in the sustainability niche. But we are expecting our first baby in Dec and we have been considering options as we want to spend time with the family.

The business has really good reviews, 11.4 k social folllowung, 10% return customers and a lot of processes, unique products products that has helped us carve out our own little blue ocean.

Both the business and we are not at stage where we can justify hiring more to carry it forward and free our time.

I am thinking selling it could be an option? Does anyone here have any experience with ecom store sales, or any tips or idea how much we could sell it for? Also, how i would go about it?

Thanks in advance 🙏

P.S. profits are around 20% but there are ways that things can be streamlines

if you have built a successful ecom store in the sustainability niche it's understandable that you would want to explore your options when it comes to spending time with your growing family. selling the store could be a viable solution. you could try reaching out to brokers or marketplaces that specialize in ecom store sales to get a better idea of how much your business could potentially sell for. best of luck and congrats on your upcoming addition to the family! 🎉

I bought a 7-figure ecom store a few months ago. Would consider adding to it if the products align. Feel free to DM me.

Thank you so much. Is it in the eco niche? Sending a dm anyway to see if it could be a match.

If your community is good you can grow, well I have never sold a virtual store but it can be a business or very profitable or a landfill depends on the community, in my opinion the bigger it is you can sell whatever

Sites like Flippa or Empire Flippers broker these transactions for a fee. Your selling price is usually calculated as a multiple of your monthly profits. Depending on numerous factors, most businesses sell on those platforms for around 30 times monthly profit.

Thank you so much for this

Speak with Empire Flippers. They'll give you a valuation and explain what needs to be done to sell it. You should get around 40 times monthly profit.

Thank you so much for the excellent suggestions, I am going to reach out acquire and empire flipper. Thank you to all showing an interest, I will send a dm to all once we have a listing on one of these sites. I figure there is more trust this way to both sides 🙏
