She’s a very flat character with no character at all other than “wholesome nerd”. Why do all the fab girls like her when she dose nothing or leave any impact act on the show.

Hey, you're talking about Mary Kay Bergman's last VA performance there... put some respect on her name.
I feel like this is a character who could have gained some additional insight if not for Bergman's death and the fact that it was her last character. It would be difficult to bring her back, though her brother made tiny appearances up until Imaginationland.
I had no idea anyone cared about her.
