I don't think his brain recovered from Draymond's punch.
Dude really thought the clock shouldn’t be running. Holy shit, no idea how the warriors contained his stupidity for so long
Draymond Greene gave him CTE
Just bench the guy and call it a day
He’s getting paid 30m a year for this
wheres draymond
I thought it was a violation if it went past half court?
Or maybe I'm just wrong?
Now yall understanding why Draymond punched this fool. 🤣
Maybe Draymond was right about this guy.
Why is clock running down but the shot clock isnt
What possible explanation could there be for this?
He is a really clever guy, isnt he?
I love this team
Not saying he was right to do it, but it does help explain another reason why Draymond punched him.
He was trying to stop the clock from starting by not touching it. Refs ran the clock.
LMAO wtf bbq haha!
IF the wizards were smart they would recognize that they fell ass backwards into the perfect tanking roster.. they need to let this play out for a season or two and collect some high draft capital. IF they were smart.. but it looks like they got lost in the suace and want to move from poole, which means they thought that this roster was anything but exactly what it is. Kuz and Poole got evicted from their previous teams for being soft, and what did you think putting them together would do? seriously.
He was going for a strategy of getting the ball down the court without the clock counting down. If a basket is made before the final 2 minutes is reached then the clock stops when it does reach 2 minutes if no one has taken possession. (is that correct?)
So if he mistook the 4 minute marker number for a 3 he thought at 2 the countdown would stop and allow him to travel the court without the clock working against his team.
It has been so fascinating watching the narrative shift from ‘why would draymond punch Jordan Poole’ to ‘oh that’s why draymond punched Jordan poole’
As someone who doesn't follow basketball closely, is there any reason to make a move like this besides trying to look like a douche bag?
To waste time if you are winning the game but here Poole is down 10
As a Warriors fan, I'm loving these Jordan Fool highlights.
There’s something about not rushing with 4 minutes left in a 10 point game that makes sense to be. There should be urgency and awareness of the situation, sure, but each possession’s results matter more than just the number of possessions. There’s more than enough to make up 10 points if you execute. So being deliberate makes sense to me.
That being said, Poole is a dumbass
I don't see this guy in the league in 5 years.
Dude really DGAF. Legend.
no way an NBA champion doesnt even know the rule
What a great year for the NBA, the fans, and its brand.
Shit like this happens because smart players are not as valuable to winning as skilled players. He’s still better than all of you
he clearly was under the misconception that the clock shouldn't be running
Who has better baddies: Europe or China, asking for a friend.
Lol this is hilarious. Now I know why the warriors traded his ass
The Warriors had to deal with this shit all year round last season...
Jordan Poole is that guy in school that isn't as talented as the best players, but he wants to be in the cool club really badly, so he tries to do the same things as the cool kids do, even though he fails miserably 9/10 times and that 1 time he does make it work, he thinks to himself: "yeah, I'm totally in, I'm just like them". In reality, he couldn't be further away. I'm really starting to feel sorry for him in that regard.
I swear I either heard “Jordan the clock is ticking” or “wait the clock is ticking.
Dumbest mofo in the NBA, and with the most punchable face
Only down 10 to the Bucks is actually pretty good. No wonder he was killing time.
is this why Green punched him?
I'm starting to think Draymond did some permanent damage to that brain.
He always thought it was cool but never understood why anyone actually did it. Only explanation I can think of
And then complaining to the ref that the clock didn’t start right. F’n genius move.
Why did Golden State gave him the max?
Guy guarding him: "I'm going to lock him up! sees Poole doing Poole things ...Never mind."
Bro used to be a genius until Draymond knocked his brains out
Nah he was a bus rider
HAHAH this perfectly sums up jordan poole
When did the wizards get him lol
This will surely be the top 1 on Shaqtin' A Fool lmao
