I've been watching the prices of the RAM and SSD drives that I have been considering for my Framework 16 Batch 7 which doesn't ship until Q1. The 64gb 5600 Crucial RAM is down to under $200 and the 4tb Samsung 990 Pro is down to $250. Should I pull the trigger on them now or wait until closer to or after my Framework arrives even though the price might be higher?

Check compatibility!!! I had to return a stick of RAM after my Batch 1 13” AMD Framework started to BSOD.

Absolutely yes. I buy stuff if theres a deal, best to do it before regretting it.

I tend to take pictures of the items i want before the holidays and see if there will be sale.

Probably. I bought mine a couple months early on Prime day when I was planning to order the laptop in September. Do your research and make sure it's actually a good sale price, then take advantage of the savings.

I decided to do this. I'm in batch 12 for FW16 and bought my RAM and SSD now in anticipation of prices going up.

I went with the 4TB 990 Pro and G.Skill 2x32gb 5600 40CL.

My main concern is that the RAM won't work or something and the return period will be waaay back there in the past.
