Yes I know this has been asked but haven't found any up to date answer. I am looking for a long term (not one-time) number rental. This is not related to steam, cheap subscriptions and stuff of that sort.

With Skype you can pay for numbers specific to certain countries. Not sure if Turkey is on the list, but I would assume that it likely is.

Even if Skype offers any Turkish numbers, they cannot receive SMS (it's possible only for USA numbers afaik)
