Hi, I have been giftet two watches and want to make the watch bands smaller. I don‘t have any special tools and the watchmaker in my town wants 25€ per watchband. Is there any way to do it without special tools? They are push pins.

just buy a bracelet sizing tool kit off Amazon for like $10. should be good enough for 2 sizings. and you won't mess stuff up by using garbage you find around the house.

If it's a pin and collar type bracelet just make sure you won't lose any of the collars. Those things are tiny and most likely you can't find them anywhere for sale if you do lose some.

A tool for pushing pins out is very cheap on ebay or Amazon or aliexpress.
