NFL
A place for NFL news, game highlights and everything that excites you about American Football.
It was ever good? It's just background noise as you get ready for the game.

I don't even bother to turn a game on until after kickoff, sometimes I miss the opening drive. 100% worth it to not have to listen to any pregame commentary.
I am a little into sports betting but uncomfortable when the actual org mentions it. imagine if WWE talked about betting odds
like hey mf, did you fix this?!
I think ESPN is the worst offender. Before sports betting was legalized they leaned stupid hard into fantasy football which got annoying.
Football Night in America isn't too bad, but SNF has been far and away the best primetime broadcast in the NFL for years.
i wouldn’t go as far to say that it ruined it but yeah the constant pushing of it is annoying

No way billions of dollars getting pumped into a system, any system, and said system remaining neutral and transparent.
It should be illegal to advertise betting during an event
They've all sucked badly for awhile, now.
I think the internet ruined pre-game broadcasts
Before the internet, the only way you could get information on the upcoming matchup was by watching the pre-game show
