Diplomacy ("The Game of Diplomacy") has been favored by many famous strategists and political leaders, but I think the principles transfer well to business, as well. I mean, at its core, poker does, as well, and is a brilliant way to exercise in risk management. But Diplomacy lends itself to be far more enjoyable, in my view, due to its added complexities and deal-making, etc.
