Dang I was hoping it was Xbox one compatible. Can’t wait to see how bad it looks on the switch! This game looks like fun

I'm honestly still pretty "meh" about this game. I'm sure it'll be fine, but I'm probably not gonna buy it day 1 like I did with TFBW.

I'm gonna play it but i still prefer the original 2D design. The Stick of Truth and The Fractured But Whole were perfect. I felt like i was in the TV series while playing them.

Is it mobile?

I still don’t know exactly what this is. If it has a full campaign that can be played co-op then I’m on board. If it’s just like an online pvp game then meh.

I was about to make this post, but the trailer for the South Park: Snow Day game looks pretty awesome. Though, I may not get it but for those who are, I'm sure you're gonna love that game.

Is it a MOBA or something like that? I still don't understand what kind of game it is. Doesn't seem like a RPG like the 2 previous console games.

It's weird, the character models themselves are very 2003 in terms of quality, but the backgrounds are actually impressive to look at, which makes it all the more uncanny.

I feel like that's the central issue with a 3d south park game. It's basically impossible to render 3d models of the characters in a way that looks decent.

Is this gonna be another turn based game or are they finally going to change it up?

I did not know this was a thing at all until now and it would seem that it is not like the other games so whatever it is (and it seems nobody knows exactly) I am not excited for it yet but will keep an open mind for latter.

This trailer looks just as underwhelming as I thought the gameplay would look. Definitely not getting this game until it’s on sale two months after it comes out, probably not even with a discount though. I loved the RPG games but this just isn’t for me, reminds me of the old games Trey and Matt didn’t have creative control of.

I'm not feeling it

RPGs are story intensive, which allows gameplay to merge with South Park lore well. And it worked great, despite the battles themselves not being particularly fantastic. They were "good enough", just enough to play side-by-side the story. Or would anyone here say unironically that they would play a game with the exact same battle system and random ip, just because of the battles?

Action games on the other hand are purely about game mechanics, strategy and the meta. In their case, the story is the one taking a supporting role. What can south park offer, other than a few jokes here and there and a good excuse for the developer to save a ton of money with low quality graphics?

Well look at that, people we shitting all over the announcement trailer and the 3D models look just fine. It's almost as if people should withhold judgment on games that are shown in their fucking alpha states.

This looks fun i like the 3d over the basic look of the tv show amd its live action not turn based so always a plus.
