Only recently I found out about Vostok when I was looking for an automatic diver style beater watch. The brand has an interesting history and used clever engineering tricks for this particular model, plus it has an in-house movement! The rotating bezel is a little stiff at first but it gets smoother once you use it more, and the NATO strap makes it a perfect daily driver!

I don't think Vostocks get enough love in this sub. That's a great looking watch.

Isn't it an hand winding's model and not an automatic?

They are the AK47 of watch brands. A bit crude, but they work

It looks way better than Amphibias with the usual metal bezel.

I'd love one but no way I'm sending any of my money to Russia right now.
