Green was fumbling with the ball for a minute. LeBron could have gotten over to him in time to defend the shot, but just didn't move. Really fucking weird.

That was obviously not a great pass either as Green had to bobble and take a dribble.
The real problem is LeBron taking 10 seconds to watch as Green gather's himself, aims and shoots. wTF that was the most lazy defense I've seen.
