Recent lurker of the community and been seeing all the great watches and thought I need something new after recently promoted. Thought I'd up my watch game, ive only wearing fossils watches for years. I stopped by my local watch store and had my eye on the Khaki King, priced at $1020 (Canada). I was about to buy it, but then talked myself out of it thinking it's too expensive.
Then I walked by my local Hudson Bay and somehow they had the same watch on display with 15% off, plus if u get a credit card, an additional 25% off! And I thought "wow this is a sign." They never have Hamilton's at my location!
At checkout, a price error occurred and wasn't giving the additional 25% off, only 10%. But she was adamant to fix it. By the end it was $1020+15%+25%+10% off! She threw in an extra 10%! I paid $661(CAD) for a brand new Hamilton Khaki King II ! I haven't stopped staring at my new watch, it was just meant to be.
