I work full-time, but am trying to create multiple streams of income that can eventually take over my full-time job. I used to make craft models, so I made one and wrote instructions and tried to sell it on Etsy. No views, and I realized there's many reasons why such as I don't have enough listings, it's not a common product, etc. I realized it can take a while to slowly grow and market this idea up to get a bit of traffic. In other words, not only product creation is made, also competing to get displayed where people actually see it through searching, etc.

I used to have a small tutoring side gig and I want to eventually create online courses to sell (such as on Udemy) but there is a lot of upfront time spent creating and also may not sell.

I also want to try growing a YouTube channel making videos on topics that are popular (and of interest to me) that are easier to create by utilizing information I find, and optimizing it into catchy videos that gains traction.

All of these topics are separate and I need to spend more time involved in each process. I don't have time to grow all 3 but I find myself dabbling in one attempt, then trying another.

When starting out, how did you choose your one main thing to grow first?
