Hi guys, so I’m starting to panic a bit. I ordered an aqua terra on chrono24 from a professional dealer with over 3k reviews. I chose EMS for shipping. Fast forward 2 days the tracking the item is stuck in japan customs. I wrote to the seller they answered that they called japan post and that they cant help any further.

Has this ever happened to anyone

I have put a screenshot of the tracking id

I work in shipping and ship to Japan every week. Japanese/chinese customs agents are pretty strict and will look closely the more expensive an item is. I wouldn’t worry about it for now unless it gets seized.

Im just worried the seller didnt fill out the forms correctly. Also if it gets seized, will i be reimbursed?

If the seller didn’t fill out the forms correctly the agents will give them time to resubmit. I would look for Chrono24s policy on refunds on this matter just in case.
