If I keep my skull candy crusher evos at the same volume but engage maximum bass will that cause more hearing damage than just having it at normal EQ?

I'd suggest getting some good headphones and not the junk you currently put on your head.

A volume increase (which is what a bass boost is) at any frequency range will increase the sound pressure which in turn increases the potential for hearing damage.
