can i use the output L & R jacks for headphones? (alien.top)

I am looking at the scarlet 2i2 https://us.focusrite.com/products/scarlett-2i2 I see it does have one headphone jack in the front, whoever i want a audio interface that can support two headphone jacks.

On the back of the device i see two output ports, L and R. Am i able to plug in a headphone in one of these jacks? (downside)

Also is there a better solution?
