I know the team is young and the season just started. I know the Spurs have no true starting PG. And I know Pop is a great coach. And I know VW is only 19. But LORD have mercy - the Spurs chuck up contested 3 after contested 3 with a 7’4” dude WIDE OPEN in the paint game after game. It’s absolutely embarrassing to logic. There’s rebuilding with freedom of player development and there is rebuilding with some sort of acknowledgment that you have a guy on your team that you should focus around.

I couldn’t imagine how upset you’d be if wemby had went to Detroit

It’s a shame the Pistons didn’t get to draft him. They’re on their 5th straight year of terrible basketball.

If he went to us the parity of the league would've been broken in a few years.

That's how sports work in the US. The bad teams get the good draft picks. Spurs have about a 5-year clock to figure it out before he becomes a FA and ducks out.

Anyone who posts stuff like this just deserves a ban dude

They need a point guard. And time. Shouldn't be tripping at THIS point lol

I just wish he could move without the ball. That would be true scart hours for the league or atleast his team to pass him the ball when he has Chris ‘You a bitch, Scott Foster’ in the FUCKING PAINT.

The Sochan Experiment was an unmitigated disaster tonight. I get wanting to develop Sochan's passing but the dude was actively harming his team's ability to get good looks.

Have you ever paid attention to the NBA prior to this season? This is literally how the draft works.

[–] jfrodriguez1983@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Stans man, it doesn't matter who they stan, they are all the same lol.

[–] NoAcanthisitta9198@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Do you not understand how the draft works??

[–] BananaPeelSlippers@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

I just don’t get why they wouldn’t grab a pg when it’s the most stacked position in the league?

[–] CrissCrossAppleSos@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

You’re right man, he shoulda got drafted by Denver

[–] Downtown_Soft_202@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

How about instead of blaming his team you can blame the untouchable popovich who might have made his career out of coaching four first ballot hall of famers

[–] EchoLooper@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

That’s fair.

We're 16 games in. This is going to be exasperating. Between takes like this, the constant need for everyone to dunk on Wemby using Chet and Spurs fans wanting to trade everyone every five seconds in the Spurs sub, I may not make it out of this season with any patience left.

16 games in. Be serious.

I remember the days the NBA media called the San Antonio Spurs a top 3 young core in the league. Just 3 months ago actually.
