I watched a few more Voyager episodes, as well as the new Strange New Worlds episode!
Star Trek
Welcome to a Star Trek community where you’re free to chat and share your opinions about all things Trek!
I want to have a place where fans can come to praise, discuss, and even criticise things in the Star Trek franchise. No show or movie is perfect, and I don't believe people should be silenced for having a dissenting opinion. That being said, there are still a few rules.
Be Nice - No personal attacks. You can disagree with someone's opinion, but it needs to stop there.
No Slurs - This is applicable to ethnicity, religion, gender, or anything else.
No Adult Content - Keep it family friendly.
No Spamming or Trolling - Consistently spamming comments or trolling is just not needed.
Keep Topics Trek Related - This is a Star Trek community, so of course discussion should stay in that area! That means no real world politics.
Somehow on my multiple partial watches of Voyager I missed most of Season 3. So this week I was treated to two pre-7 episodes with the Borg.
Not so much "watch" but I'm about 1/3 through Andrew Robinson's "A Stitch in Time". The way it's written, it's the perfect book to pick up and read when I have a few spare moments.
I've wanted to get a copy of it for quite a while, but it's so expensive! I've heard a lot of good things about it though.
Yeah, I was in that situation. Hard copies were limited to used paperbacks for $150. Yikes.
I ended up buying the audiobook and high-seas'd the epub which I'm reading. I refuse to buy DRM'd ebooks but I do want the authors to get paid, so I compromise by buying the audiobook (which is a bit more expensive than the DRM'd e-edition) and acquiring the epub by...other means.

I just found the DRM-free ebook version for $8.99. I just bought it officially (even though I just finished reading the ethically pirated copy lol) as well as the whole Millennium series.
I don't know how this didn't come up when I was searching for it before, but this site has a lot of the Trek books available without DRM.
That's great, thanks! I'll check it out right away. I always prefer truly owning things (No DRM, physical media) whenever possible, so that's a great option.
Darkling. Evil EMH was eerie! His face...
I remember that one, Picardo got a chance to try some new acting styles!
We also watched Darkling this week. Great episode
TOS - The Corbomite Maneuver
The first of many Star Trek appearances by Clint Howard!
We watched Voyager S3E15,16,17&18. Lower Decks S3E8&9, was kind of hoping Mariner would be out of Star Fleet for more than one episode, but I liked the wrap up with all of the Cali class ships... And of course Boimler had to announce each one as it arrived.
I got a laugh from Boimler listing them all, it fit his character perfectly!
