Were the Spurs the worst team for Wemby to go to in the top 5? (alien.top)

The situation Pop has built is honestly malpractice for Wemby. Every other team in the top 5 would’ve given him proper guard support to get to spots that he could excel. The Sochan experience is a colossal failure and is depriving the fans of enjoying wembys rookie year.

The Spurs know they're not going to win shit, so why not experiment and develop other young players on their team too. They'll probably pick up a PG in this year's draft or sign someone better when they want to push for the playoffs

This is the most braindead take I've seen in a while... Yeah the winningest coach of all time, with premier HOF talent in the wings to mentor him in the background, what an awful place to be. This is dumb as hell.

Yeah i mean, Kobe came into the league and averaged 7pts a game with 2 rebounds and 1 assist. He really should have went to another team he could have shined and won championships with. Lakers coach should be jailed for not letting Kobe go to a team he could win with.

The year is 2010 and Paul George is putting up the beastly number of 7ppg. That dude will never amount to anything. BUST!

Steve Nash only got 2 assists per game with the suns in his first year. Its obvious he cant pass the ball and will never earn any accolades with the trash suns. Every other team would have given him the support needed to.....i dunno....win an MVP or something.

It’s malpractice that Wemby doesn’t have any semblance of a point guard on his team. Why couldn’t the spurs sign Tyus Jones? Instead he has a bunch of scorers who look him off at every chance, and frankly make the games unwatchable.

As a Hornets fan who is totally not biased I think we'd be the best roster wise. We have a big centre so he can be the 4, Melo would have him averaging 20+ etc. But honestly I get why ppl wanted him to go the SA, our franchise had been in an uncertain state

The Spurs have a good track record with big and just in general and they committed to helping Wemby grow, they seriously need a playmaking guard tho
