Whether you think hanging on the rim is ridiculous or not, LeBron should’ve seen this call coming. Most techs there can be the argument for the players safety with landing. Here, LeBron had no one under him, no big momentum from swinging, and he pulled himself up. Again, I think it’s dumb, but in year 21, he knew better and his reaction following this proved it

This isn't a new rule wtf. This has been enforced for at least a decade. You arent allowed to pull up on the rim like that.
