Fuck it, I'll take it one step further: if someone has microplastics in their body because science and public health are both tied up in the profit motive's basement, they're a victim of capitalism.

I think that's what some Canadians call hydropower/electricity.
Maaan, don‘t tell me your take is, that these are a bunch of racists, because in the past they had nixxa in their sub‘s name? That seems more of a play on hiphop and gang language. Maybe a bit tone deaf depending on perspective and point in time, but in principle they identified themselves with the term and were not using it in any derogatory manner towards other people. Hence, the use of the term „Homies“ to keep the gang vibe. They‘re water supremacists, not racists. My 2 Cents as a former hydro homie. Although, I’ve never been a water nixxa, so who knows, maybe they got me with their innocent language!
And while not on Reddit anymore, I‘m still a water supremacist. I hope you do realize, that water is god!
