I installed Win10 like a dummy and now can’t upgrade. It has to do with TPM2.0. I can’t seem to get the BIOS settings to stick. Whenever I go to turn on TPM in the settings, I always get the error that it is not enabled and when I check BIOS again, it’s disabled. Anyone have any insight? Thanks

Do a fresh install through a USB stick. Make sure that you set the correct boot order in the BIOS

When doing a fresh install of Win11, will I lose my license and will I need to buy a new one? I cant seem to "Upgrade" from the USB and it looks like it will require me to do a custom install after deleting the old partitions

Window licenses are now tied to hardware. Make sure you install the matching version of 11 as of 10 (ie use 11 home if you had windows 10 home). It will auto-activate, you don't even have to type anything in

You should be able to transfer your license with no issue assuming you bought it from a legitimate source.
