This loss is on Kevin O’Connell. There is just zero excuse for that last drive. From the hyper-conservative play calling when in striking distance of the endzone with a 1 point lead to the punt - the whole thing was a clinic on how to give away a late lead. And that’s why this loss is squarely on O’Connell. His team did enough to win. Despite the turnovers and everything else, they were up at the end. And then their coach gave it away.

Fields said “played good enough to get the dub.”

What game was that? The Vikings played horribly enough to hand you a dub. That’s it.

When we had 90% of possession in the first quarter, 112 yards of offense to Minnesota's -7 yards, and still no points, I knew this was going to be borderline unwatchable. And yet I subjected myself to this torture because 🐻⬇️
