The worst part is that VAR should have easily caught that a PSG player was CLEARLY inside the arc before the penalty was taken. It should have been re-taken 100%. VAR let the game down twice in that short amount of time.

Scandalous decision. If you allow this to be a pen, pretty soon you are going to have attackers purposely trying to lift the ball into the hands of defenders from point blank range to win pens.
