Does anyone have recommendations on a CRM; I am looking for one system that can onboard clients, assign an asset to them and then a sub asset to the initial asset and be able to track services and appointments for all of the above. I am having trouble finding a solution that currently exists. I don’t need a sales funnel type set up as much as I need a data base that will also send appointment reminders. Any thoughts would be awesome

Maybe they can and I’m just not understanding all of the jargon that’s in their marketing material.

Depends on the size of your business and your clients. I use a mix.

Close is a great CRM especially for sales and pipeline - I feel like you could use it for the asset tracking too

Dubsado if you're smaller could be an option too.

Have you tried Asana?
