I sent in my watch to be repaired by the Junghans official service center and I was quoted 600 dollars to have the watch repaired with 415 of it going towards the chronograph movement overhaul. Does this seem like a reasonable price? I saw online that someone else paid around 360 to fully service their watch.

Well, that's about 1/4 of the service on my Rolex GMT Master II after 25 years that included replacement of a broken crystal

That’s pretty par for the course for a 7750 based chronograph. You may be able to get an independent to service it for cheaper, but approx 500 usd is about average. Note that is servicing, not repair. Omega charges 1200 to service their coaxial chronographs, and that’s before any parts are needed.
