Yes!!!! Great opportunity, I work in commercial HVAC, industry. I started picking up ice machine maintenance a few years back. I was shocked at the average revenue (between 10k-100k contracts yearly) at great margins and had very little competition.

The money is in leasing the ice machines. You can add service and cleaning for other people’s machines but I know that when I worked for a company, they made a ton of money with the leasing of machines
