As intriguing as it sounds, I'd take a moment to consider a few points. While a Facebook group with 23k members might seem valuable, it's essential to evaluate the group's engagement level, the audience's relevance to what you do or intend to do, and also the guidelines/regulations of Facebook regarding such transactions. It's not about whether this is a good deal; it might be a great deal financially. But you've got to make sure it aligns with your objectives and won't lead to complications down the line. Just something to think about!
