Binance and Ronaldo “knew that these advertisements targeted consumers unfamiliar with crypto.”

cry me a river.. somebody said "FREE MONEY" and you jumped in line, you didn't care to ask any questions..

Notably, Ronaldo is still promoting the company, including posting a Binance ad as recently as November 28 on his X account, which has 110 million followers.

that's pretty amazing, he's actually still hawking the shit

Likely contractual obligation.

There are laws in place, for good reason, that require proper representation of risks when investing.

Why can't the super rich just be happy with what they have? They let their greed dictate their actions, have 0 empathy, and they're not intelligent enough to stop.

I know it's a TV show but Silicon Valley sums it up easily.

Rich people like to fuck with other people. Money is simply the score board. They don't care how much money they spend so long as they have more money than someone else.

Because they're always comparing themselves to someone richer or slightly poorer.

It's all about leagues. Across each league, everyone needs more money and feels like they're entitled to get it before people below them.

We shouldn't expect rich people to change if normal people don't change; they have even less incentive to reduce the disparity in wealth.
