Watched 28 Years Later the other day and thought there was a somewhat decent movie hidden in there if the editing wasn't so god awful. This trailer doesn't fill me with confidence that they changed that.

This whole 28 Years project would probably have been better as a TV series.

I seem to be the only person who enjoyed years later. I thought it was good with the only very bad scene being the acrobats at the end

That ending was such a tonal whiplash. Overall, the movie was definitely a slower experience to the other 28 ... later movies. Not horrible, but that ending really soured the whole thing.

Me too. It's not 28 Days Later, but it was good enough.

It's hard to beat 28 days later. I enjoyed 28 years later more than 28 weeks later (though admittedly 28 weeks does have a banger of an opening sequence).

I thought it was OKAY up until that last scene, that ruined any good will I was giving it.

What was the shit with the mideval archers all about?

The birth scene of the Alpha’s kid was WTF idiotic on every level.

Everything to do with the Dutch Soldiers was comically terrible.

Everything too do with Ralph Fiennes didn’t make any sense.

HAHAHAHAHA

Hard pass on this crap. I swear to god the last one was so staggeringly bad.

28 Years Later was absolute trash and is a stain on an otherwise great franchise. Crazy to me that two more parts are coming out. Guessing they will be equally bad or worse.

It really isn’t that great of a franchise though.

The first movie was excellent until the final 15 minutes and then it really stumbled.

The opening 20 minutes of the second one was great and it very quickly went down hill from there. By the end of the movie it was fucking idiot and made no sense. A problem solving zombie hell bent on revenge really undermines what makes zombies so scary.

Nevermind the levels of idiocy that everyone else in 28 Weeks later portrayed.

They didn't waste any time moving directly to Walking Dead standards, did they?

They’re making a trilogy!

That movie was complete garbage
