I am using Grayjay. It has a number of different services that you can use, including Peertube, YouTube, Odyssey, Twitch, Nebula and more. The only thing that it is missing IMO is an auto-enqueue feature. It has the best UI of any of these apps that I have tried.

Newpipe is good as well.

Yeah support Grayjay! It's a great project by people (incl. Louis Rossmann) who fight for right to repair en against giant corporates oppression (like Google). Even though the app is still in beta, it's great! And if you have issues or recommendations, they personally reply rather fast and are super helpful.

Pretty sure most people just use their Mastodon app. I've heard decent things about Fedilab as well, haven't tried that one myself but I hear it has PeerTube support.

The PT devs have just announced they'll be working on a proper app in 2024 so 🤞
