officers were forced to use a conducted energy weapon and pepper spray on Schiller to gain compliance.
Despite the frigid temperature of -30 degrees Celsius, the Mounties say Schiller repeatedly refused to get up from the ground and get into the police vehicle voluntarily, resulting in severe frostbite.
They tased and pepper sprayed the guy until he fell over on the snow then left him on the ground (likely holding him there with their knees), pepper sprayed and in pain until he got frostbite and had the gall to blame HIM.
ACAB. They barely even try to hide it.
