it just said for the OLED version. Does it not apply to the LCD version? I am trying to find it, but I'm having no luck.
The OLED has an upgraded led that can do different colors and brightnesses. I don't know if the mono-color LCD led can change brightness, but I imagine it can't.
Ahhh I see. I didn't know that. I think I was just hoping for a solution to dim the normal white charging indicator.
thanks very much for the reply.
This is a problem with a ton of electronics nowadays, and unfortunately the general solution is pretty low tech -- just tape over it or they sell specialized stickers for this too.
I think the LED brightness control is OLED only per the document. But I could be wrong.
oh I getcha. another comment told me the LED can change colors on the OLED so I was confused.
Oh nice, I think I was seeing the WiFi failing to connect bug on my devices. It was an easy enough solution when it happened, but the stability will be nice.
