Remind me how low rise boxes that waste all the sky above them are more efficient than proper towers? Are we forgetting that we need to over-provide housing if we ever want to reverse the sprawl of shitty bungalows into wild space and valuable agricultural land?

Wow. That will make that area so much busier than it already is but at the same time what a great place for condo towers.
