It's a warehouse and office not a store. 2 years ago Walmart took 30 year employees for a meal at a mock store setup and had managers serve out food in a jail style line up and service. Shortly after they voted in favor of a Union . With the union voted in walmart lost their shit and gave drivers and any other employee a approx $5 per hour raise and better benefits . Shortly after Canada Cartage took over the drivers and their support people and called it Commerce link. To this date the unionized employees are waiting for over a year and a half for back pay of almost $5 pr hours they unfairly did not receive from walmart.

Cautiously optimistic, hoping for the best. Realistically they are fighting the same fight against an exceptionally well organized ruling class.
