He couldn't get it working on his steam deck. I wish he would have told that at the beginning of the video. It would have saved me watching the rest.

I won't buy it.

Some people managed to make it run on the SD, you may need to try the demo first. It's a shame that it's not supported officially, it's exactly the kind of games I enjoyed playing on the platform.

The answer is "definitely not on PC, maybe on Switch"
