Actually I try to focus in the evening on what I have done the day instead of what I wanted to do. And it works...
I'm considering a career change, so I've talked to some folks about what it is like to be a teacher and I've looked into the transition programs.
I am more aware of how I feel and now try to adjust my plans accordingly.
