They support genocide so it's more like the left wing branch of fascism.
More like "to the left of open fascism". They're still pretty happily helping create the material conditions guaranteed to lead to fascism, they just pretend to fight against it when the cameras are on.

Americans will literally do anything except cut the Pentagons budget.
Who will pay for the small innocent baby soldiers' college, healthcare, and groceries?
Or tax billionaires and mega-corps.
National taxes don't work anymore.

They've been successfully conditioned to such anemic political prospects that they reflexively try to make up for the lack of results by consuming "their" political pocess as character drama, in order to at least get entertainment out of it.
