Doesn't really look all that official, and the source is generally unknown.
That said, in terms of the trade war, I'm surprised Canada hasn't demanded that we include the service-deficit/trade in the calculations. The trade deficits the Americans like to quote, don't include things like, say, how much Canada spends on Microsoft, Netflix, Apple, etc.

Once again, we need a source more than what appears to be a word processor with a typed list. The OG link at the "dailyspill" on reddit provides no other source or claim.
The USA empire needs to be brought down by the world.
