Hi everyone,

basically it's just what the title says. I'm trying to set the communities I subscribed to to be hidden. I've been looking for some form of privacy setting, but I guess I'm just missing something? Any pointers are highly appreciated and I'm sorry if it's something completely obvious that I just missed.

Kind regards and thanks in advance!

Nobody (except admins when they look at the database) can see what you're subscribing to.

Thanks. I had a friend of mine suddenly listing all the communities I was subscribed to, even though he didn't even have an account for lemmy at all, which got me wondering. But if nobody should be able to see it anyway I'm kinda relieved. Thank you for the quick reply :)

I mean they can see your comments in those though

Only you can see them. If you look at https://reddthat.com/u/Sycamore5684 in e.g. a private browser window, you won't see them.
