What a bunch of POS

The realtor shouldn't be allowed to sell property anymore. She claims she has limited English abilities... That's even more a reason she shouldn't be a realtor here, but in reality she probably understands English just fine and is typical shitty person in real estate

BC RealEstate has always been a shit show. There was that Realtor about 10-12 years ago caught selling the same home to two different people. Move in day...yikes. Maybe they thought they woyld skip town by then???

Unless the BC government intends to make the system substantially more air tight. They should be going after these people for at least a few hundred thousand/20-30% of the units or else this will just be another case of at where it's the "cost of doing business".

B.C. Housing claims Yu made commissions worth nearly $53,000 from the sale of 12 units. The court documents say Yu lives at a different address with her partner and owns or co-owns properties worth nearly $3 million.

The lawsuits are seeking an order to have the title for the units transferred back to B.C. Housing — giving the buyers back what they paid "minus fees and disbursements."

The Crown agency also wants all the money the buyers collected from rentals and is seeking punitive damages — a sanction reserved for particularly egregious cases.
