I need an audio file editor app that can change format, cut etc. At this point do suggest any file editor even if it doesn't have all the functions i am looking for as long as it is from the main repo. Thanks in advance for the reccs.

If you can't find anything, you can still use the web version of audacity with Firefox: https://wavacity.com/

But i kinda am not comfortable uploading my files on the internet tho . Still thanks

It's actually entirely offline! Your files would never leave your browser. They managed to port audacity to run entirely in a web browser with webassembly.
