I don’t have a dog in this fight but can someone explain to me how “reestablishment” actually works? I’ve seen illegal touching called on players who took one step out of bounds and touched the ball several seconds later, which I thought would’ve overturned that fumble. Don’t understand the rule at all or what it even means
