The prosecution lawyer is going to argue that evidence could have been faked. Then it comes down to how convincing the jury find that argument. Personally I'd say that you could have been using a VPN to make it appear that you were accessing Youtube from home or that you left your phone at home and just left Youtube auto playing or ran some sort of automation to search for and play videos.

Round 1, FIGHT!

I left Reddit at the start of the APIocalypse. Lemmy is the only social media I use unless you count Youtube which I watch through Newpipe and Smarttube. Tried Mastodon but its not for me.

Would have been 1998 at school. Can't remember what the very first thing I accessed was, probably something educational we were instructed to. We got it at home the following year. I remember downloading my first MP3s from Slipknot's website around then and spending time in its chatroom. Then I read about Napster in a magazine and gave it a go. We only had the internet at home for a year or two. I had to use it at school and later college or the library after that. But I did have my own website from 2002 - 2005. I remember switching between both Google video and YouTube when they first started. Didn't get the internet at home again until 2006, first smartphone in 2010.

I can't ever remember seeing a kid wearing them here in the UK but my grandma once said she used "reins" on my dad and his siblings which would have been from late 1960s to late 1970s.

Its illegal to ride on the pavement (or sidewalk) here in the UK (though tbh rarely enforced). Drivers pay "road tax" on their vehicles and a lot believe that pays for the cost of the roads. But it doesn't. Residential and industrial roads are maintained by the local authority and paid for with council tax. Highways are covered by the Highways Agency and paid for by income tax.
