For me its Linux Mint, I'm no longer in position really to do distro hopping, so long as Linux Mint keeps working I will keep using it, I see no reason to change right now. I'm glad and happy that you have settled on Ubuntu, have fun, enjoy and be happy huuuugs πŸ˜‰

I repaired a neighbours computer about 15 years ago, he was a heavy smoker, inside was horrid, black or dark brown gunge and sticky dust all over case, fans, morherboard.....well all of it, ended up accidently cutting my right leg on edge of case and I got a wart from it, after that I refused any more jobs from him πŸ™„

I love his computer case has a handle, also how his keyboad and monitor both plug into it with a single cable, looks really neat and tidy 😬

As someone who uses Flatpak you can still use the terminal to install, uninstall and do maintenance, not sure why people believe terminal is useless with Flatpak 😞

Flatpaks are containers, same as Snaps, I personally prefer Flatpaks over Snaps, but just my personal choice. I use Flatsweep and Flatseal apps to help administrate Flatpak apps, but use terminal as well πŸ™‚

I swear the guy standing on far right below wing tip in photo looks strangely like Marty McFly πŸ€”

I'm not sure how much we brought, but majority if it's still stored in our garage, don't seem to be running out of it anytime soon XD

I'm so sorry you went through this, I hope that you are in a better place now, mental health is one of the worst things that can happen to us, you are one of our 'family' who is loved and needed too huuuuugs :o)

I'm pretty much in the same position, my poor dentist is doing what he can to help whats left of mine, but 45 years of neglect due to mental illness has taken it's toll, I wish implants were cheap enough but not sure if could afford them :o(

My family have been really great at helping to encourage me to start overcoming many of my issues last few years, is slow progress through, they got me out of house today and took me shopping... lol...feel tired and worn out, but at least got out of house for once :o)

I hope that you are doing okay, your not alone, so many of us in same boat, you are a part of our 'family' and you are loved, wanted, needed and valued, thank you for being you huuuuugs :o)
