Yea OnwardTicket is amazing! We use it for times when we have no idea what the next destination is but we usually try to plan atleast 2 countires ahead as much as we can!

Yea mate, best to be safe cause in our experience there's a 50-50 chance they will ask us but we always book a fully refundable ticket.
