Coaches seem to be very conservative on pulling starting QBs in blowouts. It's rare to see it before 3 or 4 minutes left.

Did anyone else notice the ESPN game clock went to less than one minute when the Raiders took a time out?
Is that intentional, to show how long the timeout stoppage is?
