I mean, Digg is still around. It didn't go under, it just lost a huge chunk of users, which is Reddit's most likely fate.

I think Musk has to worry less about losing Twitter than getting booted from Tesla. There have already been a ton of shareholder grumbling about him being distracted and Tesla being tied financially to the Twitter debacle.

I never read the manual to learn how to use one. Just trial and errored it.

We sure this isn't a consequence of our intolerance for "failure" conditioning a generation to just stick to what they know instead of experimenting?

True, but there is a real danger of changing the tone and direction of a sub with a mod swap. That sub has gone through it.
