Reported for the 1994 training camp with the CFL’s Winnipeg Blue Bombers, but suffered a serious knee injury on day one. While recovering from the injury, a high school friend introduced him to heroin. Five years later, he signed as a backup with the BC Lions. Still a heavy cocaine and heroin user, he cut his hand on a crack pipe during the halftime of a game.

In fairness to Harris, he was a rookie behind two CFL legends. The starting qb for the BC Lions that year was Doug Flutie in his prime. Second string was Joe “the Throwin’ Samoan” Paopao, in the twilight of an 11 year playing career. He later coached for 30 years, mostly in the CFL but also Canadian college football, and San Fran in the original XFL.
Masoli has been in the CFL since 2012. He was a member of the Edmonton Eskimos that first year, but was on their injured reserve list. He was then a Hamilton Tiger-Cat from 2013 to 2021, eventually becoming their starting quarterback. He had a few good years, then suffered a nasty leg injury. He has been with the Ottawa REDBLACKS (yes, the name is officially all capitalized) for the last two seasons, but again, fell victim to a severe leg injury.
He was the CFL’s Most Outstanding Rookie as a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2012. He won a Grey Cup, the CFL’s championship, with the Calgary Stampeders in 2018. He rejoined the Blue Bombers for 5 games in 2019, got released, and was picked up by the Montreal Alouettes, where he played in another 6 games that season.
He’s currently with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL.
He played one game with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL in 2015. Didn’t even get a tackle. He played with the Barcelona Dragons of the European League of Football in 2022.
Played one year and retired. A couple of years later he joined the US Army and served for 4 years.
Mikel Leshoure signed with the CFL’s British Columbia Lions in February 2016, only to be released 3 months later.
Darron Thomas was on the practise roster of the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders for the 2012 season.
